Building and Connecting eTown Halls

Problem: 

Only a limited number of people can attend Town Hall meetings or City Council meetings. There are few standardized prototcols for how meetings are presented, who gets to speak and for how long, as well as protocol for closing meetings and sharing meeting notes. Now that data centers are becoming more prevalent, it is even more important to be able to attend, discuss, and vote.

Solution: 

Design, build, test, and connect eTown Halls across the US and Canada. The features would include a wide range of features, including but not limited to: accessible recorded sessions, reasonable time to do Q&A, connecting the outcomes to other eTown Hall networks for comparing notes (driven by AI tools that will help in crunching the data and analytics), providing for more exposure of the unfair practices and ill effects that people suffer when catastrophic events occur in the wake of data center builds,and many other features — too many to list here.
